Signature is required for delivery
Most of our shipments contain valuable equipment. Get someone you trust to sign your package if you cannot be present to accept the delivery.

Shipping costs
Standard delivery is fixed at a rate of $35 per set. Currently, only local shipping is available.

When will I receive my product?
Upon receiving your order, our sales staff will call you to confirm your order and our operation team will follow-up by arranging the delivery date and time of your order with you.

Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, you may do so but please notify our operation team of any changes in your delivery address at least 3 days before your delivery date.

Unforseen circumstances
There may be unfortunate situations such as shortage of stock in the market, stock not arriving in our warehouse on time and replacement of models which will very likely, result in a delay of the shipment of your order. In the event of such situations, we shall not be held responsible and will not issue out any kind of compensation.

Can I do self-collection instead?
Yes, you can do so at Funan Digitalife Mall #03-38 but please call our operation team at 6338-0338 to confirm stock availability beforehand.
